HACIENDA LOS MOLINOS In this first stage our project is made up of 81 lots with a size of approximately 1,500 square meters (16,125 square feet) each, surrounded by lakes, ecological trails, beautiful panoramic views, parks, green areas and much more. All of the landscaping in Hacienda Los Molinos has been carefully designed by dutch architect Angrid Tilanus, with the aim of preserving the harmony and beauty of the environment. The system of lakes that extends across the length of the project not only increases the value of the land, but also supports the maintenance and preservation of gardens and green areas, and provides a comfortable habitat for birds, butterflies and fish. We have our own source of natural water located in the nearby mountains, which ensures its constant quality and freshness. To avoid interference with the area’s panoramic views, the electric wiring system is build completely underground.
